Beef Garum

A real kitchen all-star. Use this Garum for dark sauces, soups, risottos or pasta. You can basically substitute beef broth with it, although due to the product characteristics, this garum is much healthier.

Made from beef trimmings sourced from several small, local butcher shops in South Tyrol.
